Mark brings over 25 years of Payroll/Human Capital Management executive leadership experience to Ahola.  Mark has led service and sales teams in the Payroll/HCM space that focused on supporting small businesses, mid-market clients and large enterprise employers.

As an industry leader, Mark has influenced software development, product design, and the implementation of service and sales models that are currently being used in many Payroll/HCM providers across the country.

Mark has held leadership positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, KeyBank, was the founder and President of Heartland Payroll, COO at Benefits and HCM provider BenefitMall in Dallas, and held the position of Senior Director of Manage Service at Ultimate Software.

Mark is a northeast Ohio native and currently lives with his family in North Royalton, Ohio. Mark is a graduate of Dyke College and is very active in the non-profit sector in Cleveland, and with the Christian Youth Organization (CYO).
